Institute for Datability Science (IDS), Osaka University is newly founded in April 2016 to facilitate “data-driven” research projects by offering experienced experts to researchers in Osaka University (http://www.osaka-u.ac.jp/en/). IDS has some open positions in the fields of computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, data mining, natural language processing and welcomes applications from researchers in these fields. The candidate will be assigned based on one’s expertise to some interdisciplinary projects with the various fields.
