Terms and Conditions
Registration includes admission to the symposium, oral presentations, keynotes, posters, tutorials, special tracks, coffee breaks, banquet dinner and online (E-content license) proceedings. Please, read the following terms and conditions before registering :
- At least one author of each paper must register and pay the full registration fee ($650) by the early registration deadline (September 24, 2024) to guarantee publication in the symposium proceedings.
- Authors of multiple papers must pay a reduced registration fee ($450) for each additional paper (unless another co-author has registered the same paper at the full registration rate).
- Student registration ($450) does not qualify for publication in the conference proceedings (unless another co-author has registered the same paper at the full registration rate). Must email a copy of your valid student photo-ID to admin@isvc.net
- Each person attending the symposium (author or not) must register either at the full or student rate.
- After September 24, 2024, late registration applies ($750 for non-students and $550 for students); on-site registration will also be available during the symposium.
- For papers over the page length limit (i.e., 12 pages), up to 2 extra pages can be purchased at $100 per page.
- Publication of color pages is free for the on-line proceedings. You should pay this fee only if you want color pages in the printed proceedings. If this is the case, email the following info to admin@isvc.net:
- Page numbers to appear in color
- Paper #id
- Refund Policy
- Authors/Presenters are not entitled to a refund.
- On-site registrations are not refundable.
- Cancellation of registration for all others is subject to a $350 cancellation fee and must be requested by contacting admin@isvc.net by October 7, 2024.
- You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
